There is a complimentary parking lot available for our guests next to the building.

Conditions of stay of children

For the little ones, we offer travel cots, high chairs, and baby bathtubs on-site. For mountain excursions, we have one child carrier available for children up to 20 kg.

Animals

Currently, we do not charge additional fees for your furry friends. However, guests bringing pets are kindly requested to clean up after them, walk dogs in areas that are not playgrounds or relaxation spots for other guests, and if your dog sleeps with you in the same bed or is accustomed to being on the couch, please bring blankets or throws to avoid stains on the upholstery. We also ask that dogs be kept on a leash while inside the building.

Arrival and departure times

The check-in time begins at 4:00 PM, while check-out is at 10:30 AM. If possible, we can provide earlier access to the apartment, but prior phone contact is required at either 696 709 727 or 737 883 133.

Attractions and amenities

Our building houses eleven apartments. Six of them are three-room apartments featuring two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom, ranging in size from 55m2 to 68m2. Another three are two-room apartments with one bedroom, a spacious living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom, ranging from 55m2 to 60m2. There is also a duplex apartment of 45m2, with a bedroom upstairs and a living area, kitchen, and bathroom below. Additionally, there is a typical two-person apartment of 25m2 with direct access to the garden, a mini kitchenette, and a large bathroom.

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, terrestrial television, and a flat-screen TV. The entire building is fitted with fiber optics, ensuring really fast internet access.

Guests have access to a laundry room, a ski storage room with boot dryers, a large and colorful children's playroom, and a communal room with kitchen facilities for adults.
