BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CHALET D'ÁVILA GUEST HOUSE

Payment: By making a reservation, the customer agrees to pay 100% of the reservation value in advance, which is non-refundable. The remaining amount will be charged at check-in.

Cancellation: As the payment is non-refundable, cancellations will not be accepted. In case of no-show on the arrival date, the total reservation value will be charged.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. The customer must provide a valid photo identification document at check-in.

Customer Behavior: Customers are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards other guests and the guest house staff. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to excessive noise, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Guest House Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the guest house property during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

Cleaning: Rooms are cleaned upon request of the guest whenever desired. Towels and sheets are changed whenever requested. Smoking is prohibited in any area of the guest house. Any violation of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee charged to the credit card provided.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the guest house.

Legal Provisions: Any disputes that may arise in relation to the reservation will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws. Any costs associated with this resolution will be the responsibility of the customer.

GDPR Compliance: Chalet D'Ávila Guest House complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected during the booking process, including name, contact information, and payment details, will be used solely for reservation management, communication regarding the stay, and legal obligations. Customer data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Guests have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data. Cribs: Children 2 and under stay for free when using an available crib.
Extra Beds:
Children 5 and under stay for EUR 15.00 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.
People 6 and up stay for EUR 30.00 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.
