Pet Stay Regulations
1. The fee for a pet's stay is 20 PLN per day, payable on-site at the property.
2. We accept pets weighing up to 15 kg.
3. During their stay at Nowy Zdrój Apartments, pets must remain under the constant supervision of their owner. Leaving a pet unattended in the apartment or on the premises is not allowed. The exception is if the pet is left in a cage provided by the owner.
4. If it is found that a pet left in the room is disturbing other guests, damaging property, or may pose a threat to itself or other guests, a Nowy Zdrój Apartments employee will contact the owner to resolve the issue. If contact is impossible, or the situation repeats, Nowy Zdrój Apartments reserves the right for staff to enter the guest's room, possibly with the assistance of appropriate services, and take the pet to the nearest animal shelter. All costs arising from these actions are covered by the pet owner.
5. Only domestic pets are allowed at Nowy Zdrój Apartments.
6. We do not accept animals commonly recognized as dangerous or aggressive, including reptiles, arachnids, and dog breeds such as: Caucasian Shepherd, Rottweiler, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, American Pit Bull Terrier, Argentine Dogo, Canary Mastiff, Majorca Mastiff, American Bulldog, Tosa, Moscow Watchdog.
7. The list of aggressive breeds is regulated by the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration dated April 28, 2003, Dz.U. 2003 No. 77 item 687.
8. Pets must have a health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations.
9. It is the pet owner's responsibility to provide a leash, collar, muzzle, cage, litter box - depending on the type of pet.
10. A pet staying at Nowy Zdrój Apartments must not disturb other guests. It is the owner's responsibility to control the pet's behavior.
11. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet in the apartment, on the premises, and around it.
12. The pet owner is liable for any damage and destruction caused by their pet and is obliged to cover the costs.
13. Staying with a pet (or pets) at Nowy Zdrój Apartments must be agreed upon in writing via email: reservations@apartamenty-nowyzdroj.pl. Arriving without written consent will result in a one-time surcharge of 500 PLN (five hundred zlotys) or cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
